Heya,
We are  CJ’s Mirra Maze, a psych-pop band from the UK. 

Our debut album, ‘Reflecticide’ is coming out later this year and we looking to take our live show on tour to support it. 

The band is a three-piece - made up of composer CJ Mirra, Luciana Mercer (Stealing Sheep) and Jack Benjamin.

Here are some videos of a live session we recorded in a studio in Nottingham with analog visuals by long-time collaborator and pioneer Dallas Simpson. The films were shot and edited by Simon Ellis. We would love to bring these visuals with us on the road - either with Dallas working the inks or a digital version with another acclaimed visual artist, Rebecca Smith.

Here’s some info on the band so far….
The ‘Mirra Maze’ debut tracks make for a dazzling listen, described as “maximalist, neo-psych pop music through an electronic lens”. With only two singles out, (Self Medicate & Dreaming In The Valley) CJMM has already been invited on an EU tour with cult phenomenon, Panchiko and garnered support from the likes of Fontana (The Needle Drop), Under The Radar & 6Music. Dreaming In The Valley is co-written with Kai Campos (Mount Kimbie). The music recalls everyone from Toro Y Moi to Tame Impala via the emotional allure of Blood Orange, or the daring evolutionary instincts of LA Priest. It comes from a very pure and thrilling place, one of unbridled invention and a commitment to melody. CJ Mirra is also a composer, scoring numerous award-winning surf films and TV shows, his next feature film is premiering at Cannes and is co-scored with Duval Timothy.
